Auction Participation – NYC Marshal Vehicle Sales

Registration
All bidders must present a valid government-issued photo ID or motor vehicle ID and be prepared to pay in cash, including applicable sales tax. This is a CASH ONLY sale. Credit cards, debit cards and checks are not accepted.

Inspection
Before bidding begins, you will have 30 minutes to visually inspect the vehicles listed for auction. You may not start, open, or tamper with any vehicle in any way. Inspection is limited to looking only.

Live Bidding
During live bidding, there is zero cross-communication between bidders. No smoking is permitted, and hands must be clearly raised to place a bid. Follow all instructions from the auctioneer and staff at all times.

Settlement
Winning bidders must go to the main office to finish paperwork and pay in cash. All vehicles are sold as is, and the buyer is responsible for pickup at the storage site. This is strictly for NYC Marshal sales.
